1. Office Politics 2. Mr. Anand, DGM HR always give fake commitments and following unethical work practice 3. No cooperation from other department special Finance department headed by Mr. Kumar. 4. They used to terminate employees by framing wrong allegations and not pay salary in the name of liquidated damages</mark>. 5. They used to harass employees by dragging them to false litigation 6. Kharthick Palanisamy, MD of Company can humiliate anyone infront of all employees 7. They are doing frauds and scam with career of innocent people 8. Violating laws are their daily routine and no fear of non compliances and penalties. 9. They always pay delayed salary 10. They deduct salary without any justified reasons....Read More
