Industry-leading Technologies to work on, Good work environment, Free Food at lunch.

Dislikes

Lots of office politics, Management doesn't give a thing about their employees, Management is not committed to the promises (not atleast to the documented ones), No scope of learning or No career growth, No recognition, Lot of partiality between a Kerala person and a non-kerala person, No better pay for the employees, No yearly increments, And the list goes on...

Work experience was terrible. We hardly had projects and Our manager wanted us to stay for 11-12 hours when our work time was only 8 hours even when we didn't had any projects to work on.

Even though there are good things in this company like free food in afternoon and nice workplace.

Everyone would see when the salary is getting credited to their account. But that is the main problem here, salary of previous will be credited to my account only next month end. I doubt the senior people in the management using salaries amount for lending outside for interest. Worst company management.

Management, worst people, who thinks and treat people like they are in industrial revolution era. No fixed date for salary, 101% you will not get paid before 5th and for past few months it’s 10th and 12th they are paying employees. Salary Increment: Don’t even dream of it, as long as you are not sitting and ‘buttering ceo and his gang !!! Typical mallus . How hard you work doesn’t matter for them as long as you do the above you will not get any additional penny !! Working hours: While in normal 9 hrs timings people used to work 10-12 hours, and now they had officially increased the working hours from 9 to 10 hrs a day including 1 hr break. Job security : Negatieve, you can get fired any time. New management don’t want talents, they are looking for key dolls which will only do according to their wishes and never think or act on theirs own. And not the least if you want a secured place here you need to be some relative to anyone from new management, so that they will protect you even if you are in bench ! Worst place to work on with the current management! Think 1000 times before joining....Read More
