The exact time of salary and the company take care of his all the employees give too much benefits for employees like give loan for everything at very minimal amount of interest.....

Dislikes about the vompany as such nothing but when they hire from campus placement the can hire them at very high package as compared to experienced people I think it's not the problem of this company all the companies doing this....so best to do work there...

The work culture is good here and there is job security.

Growth opportunities are extremely limited here. Compensation is also a major issue. It's difficult for lateral hires to grow in the organization as the bank believes in promotion of internal talent (freshers hired as MTs ) more than anyone else

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
