The work pressure is very high during data collection and sometimes i have to work over time in order to meet the targets. I travel very long distances all over the world and sometimes i find the work tiresome and boring

Work Details

My work at UBOS is slightly challenging as i have to work on the dataset or field returns from the filed as i do data cleaning by removing irrelevant information and filling in missing variables. i love also to data cleaning using statistical analysis.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Had a strong team with great team spirit, acquired great computer and management skills. At Uganda Bureau of Statistics, there was a conducive work environment with a great administration. I had enough time for both work and my life outside work which was really balanced.

Dislikes

There wa no job security as it was a fixed term contract and it was kinda hard to get employed as the project at which I had been recruited had ended.

Work Details

I worked as a Data Processing Assistant at Uganda Bureau of Statistics and I enjoyed my work as I acquired great computer skills and since it was my first job right after school, I got to know more about the working environment.
