My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. I have joined this company as a Facility Manager in Noida Extension.Interview time HR and Owner told me my salary Rs.35,000/- and offer letter also provide me. After complete one month company give me Rs.25,000/- and offer letter not given me. I have asked hr to related my salary but she told me that I'm not told you that I given you Rs.35,000/-. HR words "U have any proof your salary I give you "Rs.35,000/-". I have told to hr I'm quite your company please give me my offer letter. She didn't respond me.
