Work culture is very professional no bossy atmosphere.All grade worker have same respect . Employee are asset .Overall superb experience . Equal growth for every employee . No office politics.All things was Cristal clear.

I appreciated the learning that happened in the organisation especially in the children's home. I think working with Udayan Care at the beginning of a career can prove to be fruitful for both professional and personal growth because of the new things that happened

Dislikes

It is very difficult to keep a balance at work if you already have a lot to deal with otherwise. Every day brings in different problem situations which can drain a person if not given proper guidance from the seniors. Also, the salary is poor and appraisals are sloppy.
