Poor working culture seniors unnecessary pressurized the ground team & their is no personal life in udaan for employee. Work starts 8am morning & ends around 10pm daily so no life in udaan

What didn’t I enjoy about Hiveloop Technologies? Oh, just the inspiring pay structure, where senior leadership pocketed astronomical salaries and ESOPs, sometimes over 2 crores a year, while the rest of us got the privilege of ‘character-building’ compensation. It’s always motivating to see that only those at the top truly reap the rewards—it really made us all feel like one big, happy team!

Udaan has good employee polices. Udaan provides Excellent work life balance as it's a B2b organisation so there is not just in time hustle.

Dislikes

No matter how excellent performance you are, If you are not in good books of your manager then there are high chances of you being layed off. Survival in Udaan, mostly depends on your managers feedback and not on you talent and contribution towards organisation's betterment.

There is no Job security.. In Guwahati location they closed their business but at least they should inform their Market Managers before that. No prior notification they suddenly shut down the business and informed the employees.

There is security level is high.and it was nice place to earn money.if your just SSLC pass or 12 th pass .

Mostly they won't allow to sit more time .because we have to work 8 hours by standing and walking nly . because it's pocket and packer work as a operation exicutive.
