Open culture, less hierarchy, a lot of autonomy and complete ownership

Dislikes

Too few people for the workload and barely any learning opportunities anymore. There's an atmosphere of anxiety, distrust and frustration.

Likes

Being a product engineer isn't for everyone. If you like working on customer problem statements and iterating on solutions, udaan is ideal. Some really talented and smart folks from a variety of backgrounds. Not meant for people who don't want to grind and put in the work. Not for folks who don't want ownership.

Dislikes

Lacks some employee welfare. Role definitions for newer roles is a bit lacking. Should get ironed out soon though.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
