Ever since the company has grown, the work culture has continously deteriorated to an extent that it may become one of the organizations with a toxic work culture and nobody is looking at that. HRs are all just mute spectators.

Dislikes

Work life balance isn't the best, lot of politics since the new layer hiring in 2020, appraisals delayed by 6 months, no job security

Great learning experience initially, fast paced and short turnaround.

Dislikes

No work life balance. The organisation plays with careers and salaries for their personal gains. The founders aren't caring at all.
