Everyone wants a piece of pie and no one wants to work for it. Get into the corner of favouritism. No intent from senior leadership HR department is the worst I have seen in my decade+ of experience. Leave empathy, they lack basic ethics. They act like rocks and statues if you want to discuss any grievance, the only interest theyserve in the company is , how have we saved the firm's money, and pleased the bosses. They are willing to let go of talent, they are willing to avoid you if you call for team expansion. They will not respond to anything that requires efforts from them in terms of time and money. Every domain leader is name hungry and bitten by power bee. They dramatise the concept of team work but act in silos. They want 10 scape goats if a decision goes wrong, hence no one would want to take decisions in the right time. Company still behaves as if it's under a tyrant rule. Agile is a joke.. they are in the grandma eras who haven't seen atleast the waterfall methods. They lack the employee and employer trust, be it 10/- or 100/- it takes months to be approved and granted w.r.t budgets. By the time, the approvals are done for the faxes and telegrams, world will be in the age of internet . Then the management blames you for the failure despite making you feel powerless time and again. Single line : if you have great dreams, to achieve something here .. don't join this org....Read More
