Role Description:
Contribute to the developmentand accomplishment of strategic and tactical objectives of the EV (ElectricVehicle) business vertical by attracting, developing, managing, motivating, andretaining talent. As the HR champion in the line function, collaborate withstakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of all HR policies andsystems, driving the advancement and innovation in the EV sector.
Managingpoints (Key KPI/KRAs):
1. Strategic Planning: Function as thecustodian of the organization structure and its people by identifying currentand future strategic workforce needs.
2. Workforce Planning: Plan theworkforce for the function and fulfill regular & critical vacancies throughmid-career recruitment. Also, analyze exits and devise actions to controlattrition.
3. Employee Effectiveness: Monitoremployee productivity and implement actions for its improvement.
4. Employee Performance: Coach managersto improve their effectiveness and support employees in managing their careers(performance & potential).
5. Competency Building: Enable theprocess of developing key competencies in the function, by supporting L & Dto identify competency requirements (technical and behavioral) for all roles.
6. Employee Engagement: Enable employeeengagement initiatives to deliver maximum engagement.
7. Advocacy: Champion employeeadvocacy by being the 'voice' of the employee. Also, champion all Diversity & Inclusion initiatives within the function.
