Designation: Lead Data Analyst
Role Description
Purpose of the role: To act as single point of contact for analyzing, reporting, digital marketing insights aiding in better targeting of prospects leading to business growth.
Role Description
Test, measure, analyze, and optimize the performance of search, social, content to display across conversion funnels to boost customer engagement and conversions, lower cost of customer acquisition and retail conversion.
Aid in competitor analysis and study market trends to develop digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives along with Digital marketing team
Program manage setting up of datasets and dashboards for effective digital campaign management.
Create reports and visualizations that effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
Analyse and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Analyse digital product performance and web campaigns performance using various analytical platforms such as GA etc.
Required Experience
Bachelors or masters degree.
5 - 7 years of experience in digital marketing data analysis and reporting.
Analysis of Digital marketing across all platforms like Google, Meta, is a must
Fair understanding of SEO techniques and use of Google search console.
Experience in using analytics platforms such as google analytics (GA4), mix panel etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and draw inferences.
Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (such as PowerBI )
Google Ads Certification and GA certification
Managing points (Key KPI/KRAs)
Cost per lead/Cost per retail
Engagement rate on digital assets
% Quality paid and organic traffic
% Share of search
Project milestones
Educational qualifications preferred
