Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital acquisition activities (mobile app and website) using platforms like Google Ads, social media, display ads, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and programmatic.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and maintain an optimal CAC.
• Analyse and report campaign performance, including ROAS, ROI and key metrics.
• Use data insights to optimize spend and campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B tests to enhance ad and creative performance.
• Explore new digital channels to drive user acquisition cost-effectively.
• Collaborate with creative and external branding teams for cohesive messaging.
• Develop and refine PPC strategies to maximize online visibility and ROI.
• Research competition and advertising industry trends to stay ahead.
• Implement platform integrations with third-party tools like Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel, and Appsflyer for tracking and optimization.
• Create optimized ad campaigns and landing pages to improve conversions.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in digital marketing.

Skills:

• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other ads platforms.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, GTM, and campaign tracking tools.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of trends in digital marketing and emerging ad formats.
• Understanding of SEO and ASO basics is a plus.
• Experience with campaign performance reporting
• Strong communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic content management.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in a related field, preferably in marketing, advertising, or business.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in in-house performance marketing roles.
• Google Ads certification (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
