I am workin at tvs credit for last 6 years i am satisfied with good working firm in india leading company at tvs credit. Working atmosphere is very good. Getting to build systems/make changes that make a major difference to field.Feels awesome getting appreciation from the business users when the benefits are achieved.The speed feels like a startup.

Dislikes

One thing is salary is very low that is main problem in this company.

A lot of bad politics happens by the superior bossess.

I have some new challanges here as i have to look after 3 districts with 14 team members, i cant get even time to perform in a normal way. I have to work under heavy pressure which is not a good thing. Even seniors are used slang languages in concall.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
