Yes... The company is fantastic but to carry forward the culture you should be also a capable leadership at the central level.. Shivaji Sengupta who has been carrying a worse reputation has been driving the Salesforce in wrong direction and compelling sales force to leave the disturbed life.. No training, no work life balance and full of abused towards loyal employees.. No focus on customer service and renewal which will certainly lead this life Vertical towards disaster in coming time.. Undercurrent among employees is that majority looking out for job search.....Read More
