Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, and AppsFlyer. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.

- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Firebase, and AppsFlyer, and derive actionable insights.

- Monitor key KPIs and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and performance.

- Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.

- Prepare engaging presentations to communicate insights and campaign results to stakeholders.

Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

- Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, digital marketing tools, and platform updates.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Firebase, and AppsFlyer.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Visualization) and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and other teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Knowledge of SEO, programmatic advertising, or email marketing is a plus.
