Please dont find a career in Turacoz, worst place to work, there is nothing like work life balance, so much dirty politics playing around, and you never know till when they need you. There is no new learning during the entire tenure. There is no work life balance. It is full of micromanagement and the management is pathetic. A lot of buttering might land you in some good place otherwise it is unethical to the core. They know how to play dirty and ruin a career.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
