Its a good organisation to work in with good work culture. The seniors are the guiding force and give full freedom to their subordinates to devise ways and means as may be required to perform their jobs efficiently thus providing suitable opportunity for their personal growth and development. The colleagues are also quite co-operative.

The only thing that bothers me is delay in performance appraisal.

Suggest not to join Tuaman to anyone. Totally unprofessional management. No work culture in Head Office. Employees who are very close to Director get special care. Mediclaim facilities worst. Most of the people have zero technical knowledge. Clients are also not happy.
