Office Politics. Tremendous office politics is showing now a days from the last 6-7months. All employees are entering TEL with references and one person enters TEL, similarly another 5-6 people enter through him. This practice is not good for the company health. Talent will go away in this fashion. Management need to take immediate action in this regard. Otherwise it ia not good for company future. Mainly 2 people in senior management is spoiling the company....Read More
