Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I am happy that I am working in Truedreamall Pvt. Ltd. The Management is very supportive and understanding....Even in this COVID-19 pandemic situation, all employees are given salary and are asked to stay safe at home. The Management is very thoughtful about the safety of the employees.

The competition is very neck to neck as everyone is very focused and dedicated towards achieving their targets.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
