Work life balance and supportive colleagues. Got to learn new things

Colonial mind set of US team towards India center, little employees benefit.. Even during covid company did not provide any support and compensation to take broadband connection, purchasing office furniture but allowances were cut to reduce the cost to company. Salary hikes are below average despite doing financially great. Inflation adjusted growth is a norm for the most people here.
