In global we are in Crisis so there is also impact to Truba Arabia. CO. Ltd so no any new JOB come up specially in the Power Plant sector, Lay off the employees in process to release the G & E.

My work is interesting to me because I got as assignment from Indonesia as partner 50 % share own by the company in Indonesia who is lead the Engineering and Construction almost 125 simple cycle 16 Combine Cycle already build in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

In TRUBA ARABIA related to job there was a great level of transparency and open decisions for senior members to make it positive, and like the employee re hire policy.

Dislikes

The work pressure was very high for me which most times i have to put myself straight over 12 hours and face the client calls from all levels.

My work was always challenging to complete with the level of seniors of similar range.I have my style to follow on daily basis and get into direct control for the project related works and keep the client satisfied
