For Lucknow it is best company to work. It offers Competitive Salary and Bonus , Productive and enjoyable work environment, Open Communication and team work , Supportive atmosphere.

Dislikes

Overall had a positive experience but one thing can be improved is provide more learning opportunities considering the employee area of interest like enrolling them into some online courses which makes the employee more efficient, and it will be leads to overall success of the organization.

Office working hours are fixed. Scope of learning.

Dislikes

No professionalism Work life balance poor. People work till 3.00 a.m after office and getting very low incentive. Sometimes saturday is halfday and sometimes not.
