SCAM company! Even after you work through a temp agency and get hired on "full time" they still treat you like a temp. No matter how long you work there you get no PTO, no vacation, no bonuses and NO PAY RAISE! You also don't get all of your pay. The lady boss at their Marion, OH Whirlpool location is HORRIBLE. She acts like she can't be bothered. If you just have a simple question she gets very rude or doesn't bother to answer you at all. They shutdown for two weeks over Christmas. Since you get paid biweekly you go an entire month with no income! The definition of a scam company!...Read More

Not much to write about. Ambitious and highly capable sales team.

Dislikes

The ambition of the sales team does not match the ground reality. Poor internal reputation of the top management does not help either. Also, the company has very little growth and visibility even to full time employees.

Poor management Expect No leaves(even if you have leave balance) Poor or No work culture, management doesn't care to develop good work culture. HR for namesake, No HR or team building activities. Just expect salary, and they are doing favour by giving you salary, No extra facilities, but expect all the hardwork from you. Managementdoesn't trust their employees<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. No appreciation by word, you take minimum or no leaves, work very hard for company, sacrificing your personal life and time, even after that No trust</mark>. Facilities only for few(favourism) No policy, No SOP's for work and hence no allocation of work. Not proper hierarchy, higher management interference into all things,all decision are taken by MD and CFO and hence your supervisor word doesn't mean anything, even if you are promoted to supervisor, you can't take decision for your team.(that defeats the whole purpose of promotion) You are just a labour, they don't care to turn employee into asset. Personally It was very good work experience for me as a fresher learn so many things under my supervisors Mr Ankur Bhardwaj, Aditya Jha & Parmeet sir all are very cooperative, friendly. Team Mates were very supportive. So i worked in TRIGO for 2+ yrs in various location. Now working with other organisation with good salary but always miss TRIGO. travel policy was not good, no pre planning of travel deduction. Expense received very delayed and deduction done by operation departmen much, Not giving vale to Third Party Employee Learning is good, Some time very hectic scheduled but for learnign carrear growth its good.
