There is no Job security, no eco-friendly work culture, management is worst and policies of there is terrible.

It was my very bad experience to work in that institution where there is no respect to teachers. It is a place where only back beaching is done and upon this basis management will decide with the future of their teaching staff. No matter how you be a good one in your teaching subject but here you must have a buttering nature. Then you will survive there but how long then also a condition of doubt.
