Only Pay is good, no benifits at all
Dislikes
No work-life balance, weekend work is there, poor management, everything is managed on WhatsApp, people do politics, managers talk behind your back, no clarity of work, no satisfaction of work, no wfh available but if they need some work done they'll give wfh even if you're on a leave, they micro manage everything, no proper deadlines are set they want everything ASAP EOD, managers are less skilled than the employees, leave structure is not well defined, if you take leaves on Fridays then sometimes they'll consider Saturday sunday leave also and reduce it from your leave balance( it's called a sandwich, I also didn't know this exists), even if you're meeting your deadlines they won't be satisfied with it and will complaint against you to the higher authorities without talking 1:1 in the first place...Read More
