Everything is frustrating there. Company head is like a dictator. He have no etiquettes to talk to anyone. They thing they pay so they can behave as they want to employ. There is no job security, every year they fire like 200-300 employees every year without giving any warning. Salary is never on time and sometimes they hold the salaries for months without giving any reason. They don't provide proper tools for work. Every one just play blame game even the supervisor and management. HR is just for hiring and firing. There are many reasons to avoid trident. But if you want money at any cost then only think of it....Read More

No one understands design language other than design team and management have no idea what really designer supposed to do. They ask designers to come up with new technology in 10 days. There are many frustrating things. Salary is never on time.
