Objective

The role holder is responsible for ensuring the timely closure of grievance redressal, and effective administration of Performance and Recognition initiatives.

Key Responsibility Areas

Strategy Providing direction to achieve the desired long-term and short-term objectives

• NA Operations Executing the strategies to achieve the business goals
• Establish and maintain a responsive grievance redressal system.
• Ensure timely and fair resolution of employee grievances in alignment with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify root causes of grievances and implement preventive measures.
• Design and administer effective Performance and Recognition programs.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure fair and transparent administration of reward and recognition initiatives.
• Monitor the impact of PFP and R&R initiatives on employee engagement and performance.

Key Performance Indicators

• Administration of PFP and R&R initiatives
• Adherence to query management and Grievance redressal timelines
• Personnel Cost as % of Revenue

Role Requirements Qualification

• BBA/BA in HR, business or a related field
• MSW/MBA/PGDM in HR, business or a related field Skills and Competencies
• Strong understanding of PFP and R&R
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in designing and administering Performance and Recognition program
