Welfare Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Welfare & Well-being:

• Develop and implement employee welfare programs (health and wellness).
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment.
• Address employee grievances and support health initiatives. And take care of OHC

Administration:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and HR policies.
• Take care of Canteen Management
• Take care of security management

Compliance & Policy Implementation:

• Ensure company policies align with employment laws and industry standards.
• Conduct workplace audits and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
• Handle disciplinary actions, dispute resolution, and legal concerns.

Stakeholder & Employee Relations:

• Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns.

Collaborate with department heads to enhance HR and welfare strategies

Degree of Welfare Management in mandatory.

✔️ 5+ years of experience in HR administration and employee welfare.

✔️ Must have master degree in social welfare
✔️ Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies.
✔️ Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
✔️ Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
✔️ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
