Shift Manager: Pre-Spinning

The role holder would be responsible to ensure seamless pre-spinning operations, focusing on zero quality failure and optimizing Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).

Role & responsibilities

Strategy: Providing direction to achieve the desired long-term and short-term objectives.

• Develop and implement strategies to minimize quality failures in pre-spinning processes. Optimize OEE through effective shift planning and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in pre-spinning operations.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
• Implement waste reduction initiatives in pre-spinning processes.

Operations: Executing the strategies to achieve the business goals.

• Coordinate shift schedules and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
• Monitor and analyze OEE metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct regular quality audits and initiate corrective measures.
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in pre-spinning operations.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of yarn production processes, equipment, and technology
