Worst culture have ever seen, you can be sacked any time without any intimation, no hearing even if you aren't culprit. No stability on salary structures, it changes several times in a year. Huge publicity will be done on hikes of level upto mid level but on ground it will stucked on sake of OKR, and EoD, you will be felt cheated.

The organization works in a very unorganized way. There's no provision of yearly fixed increments, or performance based increments. In facts, increments that mostly occur are more of "lottery system" or "flattery system" based. The HR Team doesn't reflect any work ethics and doesn't provide a candidate with the best suited department. Non alignment of job role at Trident Group and previous education, work experience is the biggest set back of their HR Team. I, being an Economics Graduate got into Trident through its yearly Takshaishila Program post which I was placed in New Material Development Department for Home Textiles where my role was to create material codes for the new developed product. This job required the in-depth knowledge of Textiles and is best suited for candidates with their B.Tech in Textile Engineering. Why recruiting through Takshashila if they will be shunt out within 2-3 months without any reason. So bad culture. I will never prefer anyone to join Trident as they demotivate people and culture is Toxic. HOD's are self centric not employee Centric. Totally systematic failure in terms of taking care of the employee, they just want to buy you by giving XYZ package and then will claim every hour of your life, no independence neither in personnel life nor at the style of doing work. No rules or structure just one person dictates what to do and that too based on his mood
