While they promote themselves as women friendly organization, seen instances where woman on pregnancy leave have been fired or asked to furnish resignation and join once again after pregnancy 7. HR head is qualified CA. Procurement head is lala ji EA. 8. Job security is a dream 9. Not the best pay masters. Change organization Structure/ designation/ your salary every 3-6 months 10. While they inform that CTC is mix of fixed and variable, believe me everything is variable and salary for current month is given on 14-15 of next month that too with lala ji approval 11.
