Good organisation for learning and development in textile industry. Good salaries to freshers and experienced employees.

Dislikes

Poor top level management. Zero job security. Whatever is said by MD-RG must be done without any question and doubt. No questions even by senior management people. Forget about work life balance if you are working here as they follow the policy of 1-2-3 ie. One employee will get salary equivalent to two employees and work will be given equivalent to three employees.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
