I am from IT Dept and the company is not so good to make your dreams come true. Teammates are so good infront of you and behind they will try to make you fall down. You are not going to get the hikes after 1 year as the promised.

Not only staffs do politics but the owner also involve in it. He will talk with you as you are the most important and all are useless and then he is gonna to make you fall down with another mate. HR never gonna to help you. No growth as a career as well as salary. Just the big talks to satisfy you and giving a hope but nothing will work. In the covid-19 we had just got the mail for deduction 25-30% but soon they deduct 50% and now they are paying 15 days salary that will be according to 30 or 31 days. Nothing is in written and you are not going to get deducted amount. But they will make you work whole day till the month....Read More
