Hello there. I am writing this after working for 10 months here. The one thing i found great here which i did not find anywhere else is that work freedom does not depend upon the manager. The manager of previous companies I worked in was always interfering with our work place and freedom . We weren't allowed to work with our full liberty there. But here you can work as you like, you just need to finish your work .But of course, there will a lot of guidance from your colleagues and managers. I Joined here as a fresher one year ago. Today i feel like it was the best decision i ever took in my career . Since day one I have been getting a constant guidance from my managers. They are very friendly and are approachable at any time .The people at Tranxit are very friendly and I made some really good friends too. As we work together as a team I easily became close with some colleagues there. They have a really good infrastructure and operate in flexible timings. The working environment is really great and i get constant support here in terms of my work. I regularly get Challenging tasks which makes mepush myself to the edge of my limits.
