Nothing to like in that process. However in that company they'll give respect to be an employee. But definitely not in that chat process.

I am not sure with all other process. However on Chat process its really worse. Company should work on the chat process management to improve it better.

Slow Cluster. Outdated tech. Low appraisals. Started with some micromanagement No food. Bad health insurance. The amount is good but they put sublimits in OPD, virtually making it ineffective.
