I am extremely disappointed with the senior managers of GFSS department at this company. They consistently dispaly a lack of leadership skills, communication, & decision making abilities. They seem to be more concerned with their own personal agenda & ego than the sucess of the team. They fails to provide clear direction & support, often leaving employees feelings lost & unsupported. They have a bonus component in your CTC and have no option to dis-avail the same and payout is not 100% as well.
