To be honest, I didn't like anything with this entity/firm. No career growth, not much appraisal, Travel policy is hectic. Being SAP Silver partner, this organization is utter waste.

There's NO Job guarantee in this company, it's a Management Consulting hence there's NO career development. There isn't any units functioning such as HR, FINANCE, RECRUITMENT team for the internal employees. Very Less Projects. Company is located in Bangalore but office space is too small, most of the consultants are working at Client Locations in different states.

Very very hectic to work with TransAltus Management Consulting. It's a consultancy firm and hence the consultants are bound to work at client locations which are located way far from the base location.
