1) Company run as a family business. 2) Other than Salary, 0 employee benefits. 3) I Will say, be jobless for 2-3 month extra to find better opportunity, But dont Take risk to join this company. 4) One off the lowest pay Company.

I got an offer along with the documents and a joining date told by the company itself. So i booked tickets and gave token money to pg later after a week they called telling that they have taken another candidate because he came to the office today.
