I wanted to write here something, but There is really Nothing good about company

Dislikes

1) Company run as a family business. 2) Other than Salary, 0 employee benefits. 3) I Will say, be jobless for 2-3 month extra to find better opportunity, But dont Take risk to join this company. 4) One off the lowest pay Company.

It's been three months now that I am working in Tradexa and I am absolutely enjoying it. All the employees here are very friendly and understanding and have only pushed me to learn and better myself. I came here as a total fresher and each and everyone here have been nothing but patient with me.

Since you're exposed with other departments while working on your projects, it becomes easier to understand and communicate with other developers and to stay on the same page. You can also provide useful suggestions to any department which helps during SDLC. Working days are working, but holidays can be enjoyed peacefully without any peer pressure.

Skill development and learning opportunities are unlimited. Co-operative and adjustive work culture. Quite accommodating and supportive of individual employees when the need arises. Exposure to solving real-life business problems. Opportunities to lead projects/tasks even as junior employees.

I have the privilege of being a part of Tradexa Technologies for quite some time now, and I must say it has been an extraordinary journey. There is an infectious energy that permeates every corner of the office, fostering an environment of creativity, collaboration and innovation.
