Warning to the teachers applying for jobs in Nes international school. Management disregards public holidays, forcing teachers to work without breaks, creating an unhealthy environment with little regard for staff well-being. Teachers are treated as commodities, not humans. There are Sr. Employees who hire professionals but want to do what they want & never uses the new recruits expertise. Not ready to take any responsibility & push all blame & issue to you. Work life balance is good. The organisation operates at very flexible project timelines so there is always liberty to take leaves and no one expects you to sit and work till late hours even if the job is left unfinished
