There are ample growth opportunities as company is expanding its business in different sectors like LPG, SOLAR POWER. Company culture is also good and superiors are supportive.

Dislikes

Since I was in sales, there was a lot of traveling. You will have to be outstation for 20-25 days a month. Work-Life balance is terrible. There are no fixed working hours if you are in sales. Sometimes you might be coming back from the market at 1 am or 2 am in night which was very exhausting. The company doesn't provides you any vehicles like in other competitor companies. One of the main things I disliked about this company is that the distribution network. I was incharge of 7 districts and every month it is compulsory for you to visit each and every district so sometimes it was very stressful....Read More

In short exciting but very exhausting. In sales you will have to meet each and every mechanic and sometimes it was very challenging to convince them to use your products (Lubricants). I have gained a lot of technical knowledge.
