Management disregards public holidays, forcing teachers to work without breaks, creating an unhealthy environment with little regard for staff well-being. Teachers are treated as commodities, not humans. Top management is supportive of Ideas also the bosses are supportive. Esops at good price. Bonus shares if u perform well. Good HSE policy very robust

Super annuation, very backward in IT, lack of system tools, have to totally rely on Microsoft for tracking, very less annual hike
