It is a good retirement company which values the experience and make sure you get paid for the experience you bring, more than the market value.

Dislikes

Not a good company for freshers or who are just starting career. Typical lala company where entire decision making is done centrally by promoters.

Everyone from the HO is very cooperative.

Dislikes

Company selected the employees without judging their in detail. Many of the junior as well as senior employees are very poor in technical/construction knowledge though they are getting high salary only on the basis of experience.
