Torrent power ltd has a good variety of engineers and also the company provides an environment so that the team can gel along together. Training programs in TPL take place regularly be it internal or external through a separate Section of HR deptt. Job security in TPL seems to be good abd the company provides opportunities for the employee to grow and develop both commercially and technically, salary appraisal policies seems to be in favour of the employees. Overall work environment in good and a good company to work as it creates a work to life balance as the company says its always "Family First"....Read More
