HR Policies only for documentation but not actually use for employee, I am also using whistle blower policy against my GM Mr. Sanjay roy but no any action taken by company, I give proper avidance and two times using whistle blower policy against personal harrasment by GM but not a single support by HR Team , I am surviving 6 to 8 month and I have total time spent in torrent 7 years final year I give increment only 4% due to using whistle blower policy using against my GM. Overall totally no support by Dahej HR team and corporate Har team both, also my exit form all are mentioned but I wish it's also change by HR team. If any person required documents I have one copy. Very Bad traveling facility, company shift timing also not Good as company location far from city. Also I personally faced some issues regarding medical leave during covid-19 in april- may 2021. Company not giving me any medical leave. This is my very bad experience in Torrent.

Shift is of 9.30 hrs. And transportation facility is very bad. Buses are not comfortable. Salary Increament is very minimum.
