As per the higher management, they have a very good set of policies which works directly in the favour of the employees. One of those policies are "Family First" and this is the thing i liked about the company the rests are haphazard.

Dislikes

The lower management is the culprits who impose policies from their pockets, Idk why they think they are the heroes there. Favoritism is one of the worst parts here, favour is given to those who don't work, does nothing all day long and the one who works very hard all day long is the one who is always being criticized. The salary isvery worse. Have to forcibly do duties on holidays and festivals. They are just going to suck everything out of you but are going to give pennies in return as a salary. Jo banda ghee Lagana Janta ho uske liye to ye company heaven hai guru. Creative banda ko to koi Kadar Karta Nahi hai. You will be 20x dull if you work there for more than one year. My advice, take experience and learn everything you can for a year or two and jump into some other place where you can leverage the things you learned. The organization is very good for job security i'm really greatful that this organization has given me opportunity to move forward my career, policies are too strong for women empowerment.

There is a lot of politics and the boss doesn't support in your problems like i asked him to give exemption in shift timing due to my child but they refused and shift timing is fixed if you are late for a minute then will be considered as absent for that day.
