It's has bunch of products in life general health travel car etc Mf bonds Fmp.we r focusing no policy we did 9725 . incentive for. RMS nd SMS too good For Bm Average so I changed for these year.we r coming soon to be listed in BSE stock exchange.

When I joined there was Regional hr , Training manager in just 15days all went we're I still don't know .it took 3months to understand we all will be paid in cash salary bcz of listing in BSE no profit wanted to be withdraw.we Trusted will soon make sister co from there u will be paid.but it 20 months nthg sort out. No mediclain no cl or pl .Here my Team step back Retention bcme headache for me .then two some ten ppl only left bcz I design incentive structure good one.i over achieved Target nd profit was 60% which from these half boss told me to distribute in the team .it was surprised money including for me....Read More
