Toxic environment Need to Work on SAT and SUN Too much of Office Politics No senior management involvement and presence is there in the office premises. No leaves approved, even you are having leave balance. Sales manager is good, he understand everything but the leaves does not get accepted by the senior management. Every thing about this organization is worst , if you are going for an interview they will offer you salary which is less then what you are already getting :D . Management is worst ,managers don't even know the meaning of management. Work life balance is not zero its NEGATIVE. In this organization you have to work as a slave. you will get leaves every month in your account but you cant take it and by any chance if you take that leave then consider it as your last day in this organization , that is what i have to say about job security here . Its a LALA company if owner don't like your face they can fire you anytime they want , policies and procedures don't exist in this organization. over all , its better to stay jobless then working in this organization. save your self ....Read More

I worked at Topd Alliance Pvt Limited as a Technical Recruiter, and my experience was terrible. After taking just one day off, I was asked to leave my job. This was shocking and felt very unfair. The management showed no empathy or understanding. They were unprofessional and didn't seem to care about their employees at all. It was clear that they have rigid policies and don't value the well-being of their staff. I wouldn't recommend working here if you want a supportive and respectful workplace. This company is a lesson for me, the organization has 2 offices in the building, both offices has different rules and regulations as per there managers, in one team 2 people cant be on leave on the same day as they state it's a company rule and in the second team 2-3 people always take leave on same day, how a company policy can differ in teams? Second, there is immense amount of pressure, and targets are too high as per the low salary they are offering, not even the industry standard. No appraisals on time, micromanagement, managers think they are the CEO's of the company, relationships are not allowed but people have married in same team then no one is there to listen your point as they defend each other partner....Read More
