Weekends off and timely salary on 26th of previous month ie. 5 days advance

Dislikes

Senior Managers will never let you grow fast and during appraisal they will make sure to not give you good ratings. If you score 100 goals but they will remember 1 goal that you didn't do and this would impact appraisal.

Salary - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor
